Mont House Exterior. Construction management for Somos Nido

Some gardens seem to hold impossible secrets, hidden behind the logic of the terrain, the slopes, and narrow access points. This is how this four-wind house in Sitges welcomed us: with the quiet pulse of something waiting to be transformed and a challenge that defied the obvious.
The backyard—narrow, hidden, sloped—didn’t seem to have room to dream in blue. Yet there, amidst silent surprises and technical calculations, the choreography of a project that refuses to give up began.

The pool’s edging is a whisper of clay and grass, chosen for its aesthetic nobility and its ability to integrate harmoniously. The entire exterior electrical system was updated, and the perimeter was defined with fencing that protects without imposing.
This is how the exterior was transformed: from a technical challenge into a crafted emotion. A project that once seemed impossible now breathes beauty, precision, and the Mediterranean in every detail.

We studied every inch, every possible access point. We opened up the land and leveled it with precision. Excavators and trucks moved in the cadence of a heavy dance. Then she arrived: the fiberglass pool, suspended in the air like a controlled miracle. It slid over the house from the main street, lifted by a crane as if the water were flying, until it rested in its final place.
The rest was like sewing the project’s skin: restoring the shutters by stripping and glazing them, and covering the terraces with microcement. Touch, time, tradition.
